Can we start with just Digital Signage?

Yes. Digital Signage is a standalone package. You can use it on its own and add resident engagement or the complete ChimeBuddy platform later.

Does pricing increase with resident count?

No. Standard package pricing is based on the ChimeBuddy package your community uses, not on a resident-count tier.

What does the setup fee cover?

Setup covers initial community configuration, branding, onboarding, and getting the selected ChimeBuddy tools ready for your team. Specialized integrations or custom data work can be quoted separately if needed.

Can we upgrade later?

Absolutely. A community can begin with Digital Signage, move to ChimeBuddy Engage, or expand to the Complete platform as its needs grow.

What is included with Digital Signage?

The Digital Signage package includes up to two screens, activity and event content, dining menus, announcements, promotions, photos and videos, remote screen management, and standard software support.

Do you offer multi-community pricing?

Yes. Operators rolling ChimeBuddy out across multiple communities can request volume pricing and a coordinated implementation plan.
